We are pleased to have one of Clarence Tinkers Pilots licenses back with his estate

General Clarence Tinker was killed in action in WWII. He was the highest ranking Native American to serve.

Tinker's estate was broken into three parts. One part residing at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma at the officers club, the second part in a collection in Kansas City, and the 3rd part on loan to The National Leadership Foundation. The collection includes his insignia, Top Secret orders from Hap Arnold having Tinker set up the North American defense perimeter in Iceland , and now one of his pilots licenses.
